Speed.be's role

Speed.be is an independent telecom broker / intermediary. We compare the offers of several operators active in Belgium and assist the customer free of charge with their choice and subscription. Telecommunications contracts are concluded between the customer and the chosen operator; the applicable general terms and prices are those of the operator concerned.

The pricing information displayed is provided for guidance only and updated as regularly as possible on the basis of the data communicated by the operators. It does not constitute a contractual offer. The final offer, actual eligibility and applicable conditions are confirmed when you contact a Speed.be advisor.

Disputes and mediation

For any dispute relating to an electronic communications service (contract concluded with an operator), the customer may contact the Telecommunications Ombudsman Service free of charge (www.mediateurtelecom.be). For a dispute relating to Speed.be's services, the Consumer Mediation Service (Book XVI of the Code of Economic Law) is competent. Failing an amicable settlement, the courts of the district of Antwerp have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory rules protecting the consumer.
